Bill Baskerville
Bill has provided financial solutions to small businesses and individuals since 1987. As a commercial lender for 17 years with Bank of America and its subsidiaries, Bill provided working capital lines of credit for several hundred small- to medium-sized businesses. He is used to looking at "the numbers," but also knows how to look behind the numbers to determine if a deal makes sense.
Bill also worked for 9 years as a mortgage broker, providing mortgages to A paper, B paper and also sub-prime clients. He provided over 400 mortgage solutions, most of them for small business owners. Bill worked exclusively with client and partner referrals, always delivering the best and most competitive solutions for his clients.
With TEAM, Bill knows that responding quickly and getting deals funded is what counts for the Broker. He likes digging into deals and finding creative ways to fund leases.
