Ted Reynolds - President /Founder

Ted has been active in the equipment leasing industry since 1987. He is the founder of TEAM Funding Solutions, which started in 1992. He named the company "TEAM" for 2 reasons: First, to create a work environment that encourages all Staff Members to combine their strengths toward sound business development. Second, he wanted to build strategic relationships with Equipment Leasing Brokers. Ted started funding leases for sub-standard credits because there was almost no one serving this unique sector of the market. The truth is, there are several excellent business owners that deserve credit when given an opportunity to tell their story. This concept allows Leasing Brokers to broaden the market of vendors and lessees they serve. Ted is a member of a The Alternative Board, a business coaching organization www.tabboards.com. He also spent 3 years of his career in business acquisitions as a Business Broker.
Ted and his wife, Cathy, are both from Minnesota. They are blessed with two sets of twin boys. He enjoys coaching his kids, golfing, hunting, fishing, and vacationing with his family.

Christopher Fielder - Vice President

Christopher Fielder is the Vice President with TEAM Funding Solutions in Austin Texas that specializes in "C" credit funding. Christopher has over 14 years in the leasing finance business. His most recent project before coming to TEAM was as an Account Manager with Dell Financial Services handling Fortune 500 accounts such as Chanel Perfume, Welch's Grape, and The NFL Corporate. Christopher handles TEAM's "C" credit portfolio and specializes in putting leasing in place for challenged credits or challenged equipment. The key to his approach is listening and understanding the objectives. He then builds a solution that works for all parties involved. While at TEAM Christopher has become a regular presenter at the NAELB National and Regional Conferences as well as written articles and been published in several Business Journals. He has even been the Chairperson for the NAELB National Convention two times.
Christopher is proactive and ethical and looks for a good challenge. In his free time Christopher is involved in local Politics where he was elected to the City Council in his Suburb of Leander, a city of about 30,000 people and in 08-09 was elected by the City Council to be the Mayor Pro Tem for the year. Christopher spends his free time with his wife MaShon, children Hailey and Christian. In addition to publishing a book on sales he also continues to speak and teach classes on a variety of subjects on a regular basis both locally and nationally.

Stephen Stuesser - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Stuesser has a strong analytical approach with insightful problem-solving skills that he gained from his more than 20 years of successful general & financial management in a variety of business sectors ranging from high-tech to the educational field. This prior experience and skill set make him ideal for the company's creative approach to approving credit. Away from work, Mr. Stuesser spends time with his family and pursuing various outdoor activities. He is a native Texan and graduated from St. Edwards University with a BBA in Management.

Lynn Eric Smith - Broker Development Manager

Lynn is a highly motivated, savvy and determined sales representative. He works with the broker in mind; his goal: getting the broker more C-credit loans approved. He has over 10 years lending experience in the sub-prime leasing and financing market. Lynn's experience and skills were generated from past employers such as "IKON Office Solutions" as a leasing representative and "Dell Computers."
"My goal is to educate brokers on how to qualify and interview C-credit lending customers. In detail, this will generate more approvals for brokers in which more funded transactions will occur. Please give me the opportunity to turn your dead deals into approved "C-credit leases."
Lynn loves the outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing and motorcycle road trips.

Denney James - Broker Development Manager

Denney started his career as a Bankruptcy Supervisor for Citibank in San Marcos while attending Southwest Texas State University. After college, Denney went on to work as a Credit Analyst in the automobile finance industry in Dallas, TX. After three years of making credit decisions for retail credit installments, Denney moved back to the Austin area and worked as a Finance Manager for a small rural water purveyor. Denney started with TEAM in 2007 and works with Chris Fielder as a credit manager. Denney provides leasing solutions for businesses that have had past credit issues or startups.

Emily Schreiber - Marketing and Client Services Manager

Emily is from Southeast Texas and came to Central Texas as soon as she could. She attended Texas State University and received her BA in Public Relations. She worked for an upscale custom homebuilder handling their marketing and advertising and then joined TEAM in March 2008. Emily says she loves working here because everyone is like family and we all get along so well. In her personal time, Emily enjoys grilling in the back yard and playing outside with her active son and their dog Maggie. She is also active in Cub Scouts and baseball with her son.

Carrie Radabaugh - Credit Manager

Carrie moved to Texas in 1995 and started her career working in the sub-prime auto finance industry as a Loan Officer and Finance Sales Representative from 1996 to 2001. She then branched out into consumer lending with a local credit union as Assistant Lending Department Manager, granting secured and unsecured loans. Since 2003, leading up to her employment at TEAM in September 2008, she was working as a Mortgage Due Diligence Underwriter reviewing portfolios for fortune 500 investors.
At TEAM, Carrie works closely with the credit department in the review and approval process. She assists in capturing our C-credit customer and provides stellar customer service to our Brokers. Carrie enjoys listening to live music, creative photography, and decorating for friends and family. Carrie also volunteers for the Upside Of Down organization (www.UpsideOfDown.org) and the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas (DSACT).

Kim Frantz - Documentation Manager

Kim comes to TEAM with 15 years of Document Preparation in the Banking and Mortgage industry. She has been recognized and achieved numerous awards for outstanding customer service. Kim moved to Central Texas from her home state of Indiana, but growing up she lived in Ohio, West Virginia, and Connecticut. Kim and her husband, Kirk, have two children, Natasha 16 and Kirk Jr. 7. They enjoy watching their daughter Natasha, 1st Lieutenant of the Leander High School Color Guard perform in the Marching Band and Winter guard and their son, Kirk Jr., hitting home runs with T-Ball. They value family, friends, and community and are involved with Boy Scouts of America, Leander ISD PTA’s, Bands of America, and Autism Speaks. Kim and her family enjoy the outdoors, nature, and are advocates for a “green” future.

Diane came from the Pacific Northwest. She worked at a consumer finance company for 4+ years, while also attending The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. Her additional work background has primarily revolved around administrative and managerial roles. Some of her favorite hobbies/interests are environmental engineering, earth sciences, family law, international relations, world travel, scuba diving, “belly” and ballroom dance, and Danzan Ryu Jujitsu.
